Who we are
Rocpak is a South Australian wholesale supplier of food-service and takeaway packaging. You can contact us about privacy at admin@rocpak.com.au.
What we collect
We only collect what you give us through our quote request form:
- Your name
- Your business name and business type
- Your email address and phone number
- Your suburb or area, if you provide it
- An approximate packaging spend range, if you select one
- Any notes you write in the form
- A menu file, if you choose to upload one
We do not run advertising trackers or sell data. We do not collect payment details through this website.
Why we collect it
We use these details to review your business, prepare a packaging quote, and contact you about it. If you upload a menu, we read it manually so we can suggest packaging that suits what you actually serve. We do not use uploaded menus for anything else.
How it is stored
Submissions and uploaded files are stored in our hosted database and private file storage, accessible only to Rocpak. Uploaded files are not publicly accessible and are not published anywhere on this website.
Who we share it with
We do not sell or rent your information. We share it only with service providers that host our website, database and email, and only so they can provide those services, or where we are required to by law.
Access, correction and deletion
Email admin@rocpak.com.au to ask for a copy of what we hold about you, to correct it, or to have it deleted. We will action deletion requests unless we are required to keep the information.
